With this program, you will get 3, 4 week phases for a total of 12 weeks of training. The program is structured in a way so that each phase builds on the previous one, which means that you will get stronger and improve your conditioning while your kettlebell skills improve throughout the program.
You can run the program through the Hynes Performance app or you can download and print a PDF of the program to use offline.

Each phase of the program comes with exercise demos and instructions for each day so you’ll know what you are doing with your Kettlebells AND how to do it to get the most out of each phase.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
For this program you will need access to one “light” kettlebell and one “heavy” kettlebell.
For reference, here’s how we would classify those two weights:
Light Kettlebell: (8 – 12kg) – For Squats, Presses, Swings and Turkish Get ups.
Heavy Kettlebell: (16 – 24kg) – For Deadlifts, Swings and Squats
