Train with Paul

Get a new training program delivered automatically via the Hynes Performance app every month with the Train with Paul subscription-based service!

Due to COVID-19 and physical distancing practices, the “Train with Paul” service will offer 3-day body-weight workouts along with a parallel 4-day home-based version that requires a combination of resistance bands, dumbbells, and body-weight for individuals that have equipment at home. We will continue this format for as long as is necessary.

Paul’s training program is updated monthly and comes complete with linked exercise demos and instructions for each day. This is a great option for trainees of all fitness levels, regardless if you are someone that has experience in the weight room and would like a structured program that varies month to month, OR you are a beginner that needs a structured program that can scale to match your abilities.

For form-checks, exercise modifications, support and community interaction with this service you will have access to our private Facebook group, where you’ll be able to connect with other “Train with Paul” subscribers. There you can ask questions and get feedback from Coach Paul and your peers.  

Upon purchase, you’ll receive access to the Hynes Performance app where you can find your program.

New programs are automatically available on the first day of the month. Eg: The August program will be available on August 1st.
